Vala is committed to improving accessibility and usability for all users, including individuals with disabilities.

As part of our ongoing product development process, we strive to incorporate accessibility considerations into the design, development, and maintenance of the Vala platform. Our goal is to improve usability across a wide range of devices, workflows, and user needs while supporting organizations serving veterans and their families.

Vala is actively working toward broader alignment with recognized accessibility best practices, including principles reflected in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and applicable Section 508 considerations where appropriate.

Current efforts may include:

  • Evaluating accessibility improvements as part of ongoing product updates
